Who we are
Alpha Factory is a door-to-door sales team offering AT&T service plans in the Tampa, Florida area. This policy covers the information we collect when you speak with one of our representatives and when we follow up with you by text message.
What we collect
When you sign up for text messages on our opt-in page, we collect your mobile number, your name if you choose to give it, a timestamp, and the exact consent language you agreed to. The consent checkbox on that page is optional: if you submit the form without checking it, we store nothing at all. If you become a customer, we also collect the account details needed to complete your order.
How we use it
We use your mobile number for one purpose: sending the recurring automated marketing text messages you consented to on the opt-in page, one to one, from the representative you met, about the AT&T service plans and offers Alpha Factory sells. That consent covers marketing messages only and is collected separately from any other consent. Our system refuses to send messages to any number without a recorded opt-in. Account details collected during a sale are encrypted and used only to complete that sale.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information, including your phone number and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency, rates, and retention
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We retain your mobile number and consent record only for as long as needed to operate the program, and we delete them when they are no longer required.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us immediately. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect any service you have purchased.
